The breakfast table has been laid and down at the buffet you’re greeted with the aroma of freshly made coffee and a jug of pure mountain spring water, hot toast, eggs to order and an assortment of breakfast favourites.

Homemade jams, muesli, farm fresh yoghurt, cheeses and sausage, fresh fruit ... you are served on our sunny terrace looking out on the countryside. Or, in case of inclement weather, in the congenial dining room. Wholesome and inviting, just as it ought to be!

Sorry, caviar isn’t on the breakfast menu:

We only use local/regional, natural ingredients in season, which is why you won’t find exotic choices such as caviar or mango on your breakfast table. Instead, you’re confronted with a wide range of choice grade delicacies, for a sumptuous and salubrious breakfast that leaves you wanting for nothing. On Sundays the highlight is our champagne brunch.

We’re also more than happy to prepare you a lunch box for sunrise hikes or early departures. Just ask us!

Our preference for ‘local and straight-forward’ extends to our wine bar and restaurant wine list. Taste and enjoy our selected South Tyrolean wines!

Spring mountain waters

Since the days when the Hofbrunn was still the “Brunner Hof”, we’ve had the benefit of the purest mountain water from our own spring. Not only does this gift of nature serve to quench our thirst, it also fills our Kneipp bath in the garden.

Our 5-course Alpine-Mediterranean à la carte dinners start with fresh salads and appetisers from the buffet. Cheese platters, ice cream and dessert buffets round off the evening meal. Listed on the menu are classic South Tyrolean specialities such as Schlutzer ravioli and cheese dumplings. Our themed menus are based around seasonal produce such as asparagus in early summer, or hearty Törggele dinners in autumn. Our Italian-Mediterranean specialities remain a popular choice. Since we also enjoy special occasions, we organise a gala dinner once a week.

Our living and sitting rooms, stube and dining room all have traditional wood-panelled walls and ceilings. As does our bar. For us, it’s all about making you feel at home. Here, our friendly staff and maître are ready to welcome you – willing to dedicate a little time to our guests for a glass of wine or cocktail and one-on-one chat.
