PRICES & LOCAL TOURIST TAX
The prices listed for the use of our single and double rooms are per person/night (half board), while those for our family suites apply to 3 persons sharing. Besides the cost of a room, a local Tourist Tax is levied (at € 3.30 per person/night). Children under the age of 14 are exempt from local tax.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
You can pay for your accommodation by EC card, credit card (Mastercard, VISA) or in cash (which attracts a 1.5 % discount on the nightly room rate). Please note that your booking becomes effective as soon as you receive an e-mail confirmation from us (no deposit is required). 

CANCELLATION
The following conditions apply:

• Up to 60 days prior to start of your reservation: no charge.

• 59 days and less: you pay 100% of the cost of the reservation.

• In case of early departures, you will be charged 100 % of the total price.

Due to a sudden change of plan, you might have to cancel your booking at short notice. To cover yourself from such eventualities, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.

CHECKING IN/OUT
On the day your booking starts, your room will be available from 2.00 pm onwards. On the day of your departure, kindly vacate the room by 11.00 am. 

MEALS INCLUDED
The cost of your accommodation includes a 5-course á la carte dinner and buffet breakfast. If you book bed and breakfast only, you will be credited with € 10 per person/day. 

Wi-Fi INTERNET 
Free Wi-Fi is available in each room, in the entrance hall and sitting room. 

LAUNDRY
Pool towels, bath towels and comfy bathrobes are yours for the duration of your stay with us. To help safeguard the environment, please only change your towels when absolutely necessary. 

ROOM REQUESTS
If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we’ll do our best to fulfil them. Kindly understand, however, that this may not always be possible.

NON-SMOKING ROOM
All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is also prohibited in the public areas of our hotel.

DOGS
Well-behaved dogs are most welcome. We levy a daily charge of € 25 per day for your four-legged friends (excluding food). Please remember to bring your own dog basket and/or blanket. Kindly note that dogs are not allowed into the dining rooms and spa/wellness area.
