The here & now. That’s all that really matters. Sometimes you just need to forget everything else: lie back and relax. That’s what a stay at the Hotel Hofbrunn is all about. After a hike, lie in the garden, immersed in our tranquil Mediterranean garden with cypresses, olive, and palm trees amidst an enchanting Alpine landscape. 

Our thermoregulated outdoor infinity pool, panoramic saltwater pool with its therapeutic water massage jets, sauna pavilion and Finnish sauna – plus our Kneipp pool are yours to use. When the weather is colder, relax in our indoor pool and wallow in the whirlpool. What about a soothing massage to calm aching muscles?

Kneipp therapy stimulates the blood circulation and tones the skin – fortifying the immune system. Measuring a refreshing 8°–12°C, the pure mountain waters of our own spring fill the Kneipp bath in our garden.

In our indoor pool

Taking a day off and not having to do anything. At the Hofbrunn that's quite possible. Before breakfast, swim a few lengths ... then wallow in the swirling waters of our whirlpool (31°C). Our indoor pool (29° – 30°C) stays open from 6.00 am – 7.00 pm. With its powerful massage jets, a dip in the whirlpool helps to relieve your stresses.

Body and mind

Take a deep breath and calm down. After a few lengths in the pool or sweating it out in the sauna, it's time to relax. Snuggle up in your Hofbrunn bathrobe and head into the relaxation room with its comfortable loungers – or out onto the peaceful sunbathing lawn among the cypresses, olive trees and palm trees. With views of Scena/Schenna, Merano/Meran and the surrounding mountains.

Release tension … loosen and soothe your aching muscles. Whether it’s just your neck and back, sports and full body massage, or foot reflexology you need – our masseuse has the right treatment for you. Book an appointment online before you arrive, or when you’re at the hotel.

After a long day outdoors, tired muscles need attention. So it’s time to head to the Finnish sauna in the garden pavilion. We also offer a bio-sauna with infrared loungers. At the Hofbrunn, everyone can regulate the sauna as they like. Feel free to make use of the infusion buckets and essential oils provided. Then, cool down in the refreshing spring water.

Taking care of your body doesn’t only mean when you’re out hiking, biking, or climbing on our magnificent slopes and mountains. You can also work out on the sunbathing lawn, play table tennis or train in our gym using the latest equipment.
