Important information
- The rates are per person and day or per person and week, and include all services and taxes.
- Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2 p.m.
- Please vacate the rooms by 11 a.m. on the day of departure
- If you book B&B only, you'll receive a credit note of 10,00 € per person and day.
- Pets have no access to the dining rooms or the indoor pool. A cleaning charge of 10,00 € per day for small animals and 15,00 € for big ones.
- Cosy bathrobe (at your disposal for the duration of your stay)
- We can not confirm a certain room number or floor level, but we will always try to meet your requirements.
- The hotel bill can be paid by cheque or with EC card.
- Cancellation policy:
- up to 3 months before arrival free
- from 1-3 months prior to arrival we charge 3 days
- if cancellation occurs less than 1 month prior to arrival we charge 80% of the total arrangement price. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
- All rooms are no-smoking rooms.
- The price differences for the rooms result from different sizes, furnishing and equipment.
